Step 1: Create a Free CivicLift Account‍

Unlock the ability to submit and manage events by signing up for CivicLift. It's free, and all it takes is a few clicks. Ready to join? Click here to sign up, or log in if you're already part of our community.

Step 2: Submit Your Event‍

Got an event to share? Find the "Submit an Event" button at the top of the calendar page or within your dashboard. This leads you to the Event Submission Form. Here's what you'll need to fill out:

• Title: Keep it concise yet catchy.
• Description: Spark interest by highlighting what makes your event unique.
• Cost: Specify if it's free or the price of admission.
• Event Image: Choose a vibrant image that represents your event well.
• Event Type: Decide between "Single Event" or "Event Series" and provide the relevant dates and times. The system will show you a list of the occurrences of your event based on your selections for you to review.
• Categories: Pick the most fitting category to help your event find its audience.
• Venue Info: List your venue or add it if it's not already available. For online events, simply provide a link.
• Organizer Info: Share your contact details if you choose; otherwise, you can leave this blank.

Step 3: Review & Submit‍

Give your submission a final check to ensure it's ready for the spotlight. Satisfied? Hit "Submit!" Your event will then be reviewed by the curators across the CivicLift network for potential inclusion on various community calendars.

Managing & Editing Your Event Submissions‍

Head over to the Your Events page in your dashboard to see your submitted events. Each event has "Edit" and "Remove" options for full control:

• Editing an Event: Click "Edit" to adjust any details. After making changes, submit again for the updates to go live across the network.
• Removing an Event: To cancel or remove an event, click "Remove." A prompt will ensure you're sure about this decision, keeping our calendar accurate.
